Auburn Oaks

Auburn Oaks will include five townhomes, 40 condominiums, and nine single-family homes.  17 condos and two single-family homes are being designated for IDD residents.  87% of IDD Units have been reserved, with co-ownership and rental opportunities available.  Final approvals have been secured for Auburn Oaks with move-ins beginning in late 2027.

TOC's Rochester Hills projects are being financed by private investors, local banks, and the Oakland County Housing Trust Fund.
