Auburn Oaks

Auburn Oaks will include five townhomes, 40 condominiums, and nine single-family homes. 17 condos and two single-family homes are being designated for IDD residents. 87% of IDD Units have been reserved, with co-ownership and rental opportunities available. Final approvals have been secured for Auburn Oaks with move-ins beginning in late 2027.

TOC's Rochester Hills projects are being financed by private investors, local banks, and the Oakland County Housing Trust Fund.

Auburn Oaks Site Plan

Auburn Oaks will include five, two-story condominium buildings. The first floor of four of the buildings will include 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominiums for adults with disabilities. These units can be customized and combined to create units with up to 4 bedrooms.

Auburn Oaks will also offer nine single-family homes, two of which will be designated for IDD individuals with up to four, individually-deeded suites. The IDD homes and suites can be customized to meet the needs of the IDD residents.
