Walton Oaks

Rochester Housing Solutions and Three Oaks Communities are developing two neuro-inclusive neighborhoods in Rochester Hills, Michigan. 

​

Walton Oaks will include 11 single-family homes.  Three of the homes will be designated for IDD residents and will include up to four, individually-deeded suites.

 

All IDD suites at Walton Oaks have been reserved.  Construction at Walton Oaks is underway, with move-ins beginning in mid-2026.

Lots labeled 9-12, 13-16, and 17-20 will include up to four suites for individuals with IDD.
