Canton Oaks

TOC is partnering with Compass Community Collaborative to develope Canton Oaks, an all-new neighborhood in Canton, Michigan, featuring 280 condominiums and a multi-purpose community center.  Approximately 50 of the units at Canton Oaks will be designated for IDD residents.  When complete, more than 75 adults with disabilities will live in this neighborhood.

City approvals are underway.  Construction should commence in early 2026 with move-ins beginning in late 2027 / early 2028.
