TOCB Members' Private Forum Guidelines
This forum is provided as a platform for Three Oaks Community Builders (TOCB) Members across all of our projects to constructively share ideas, recommendations, and connect with and learn from one another.
This is a private forum. Participation is a privilege of membership and may be revoked at any time at TOCB's sole discretion. TOCB reserves the right to withhold or remove any post it deems inappropriate, in its sole discretion.
Guidelines for Participation
Be Respectful and Constructive
Maintain a polite and respectful tone, even in disagreements.
Avoid inflammatory, offensive, or confrontational content.
Communicate Clearly
Be as clear and concise as possible when posting.
Provide sufficient context for your post, recognizing that others may not have the same knowledge or experience with the topic.
Ensure Accuracy
Share only information you believe to be true. Avoid speculation or unverified claims.
Protect Privacy
Do not share sensitive personal details, such as your full name, address, phone number, email, or financial information.
Do not post or share private messages, personal conversations, or any content that includes other members' personal information without their explicit permission.
Refrain from posting images or videos that include others without their consent.
Adhere to Copyright and Ownership Standards
Do not post, email, or otherwise distribute content from this forum without the explicit permission of the original author and RHS.
Respect intellectual property rights and give proper attribution when sharing ideas or resources.
Maintain Confidentiality
This forum is a private space for RHS Members. Do not share or distribute any content, discussions, or materials outside of the forum.
Use the Forum for Its Intended Purpose
Focus on sharing ideas, recommendations, and resources that benefit the RHS community.
Avoid off-topic posts or content not aligned with the forum’s purpose.
Report Concerns
If you encounter inappropriate or concerning content, report it to TOCB immediately.
