By signing and submitting this form, you are acknowledging that approval of your Application includes the following conditions and expectations of you as a member of the Magnolia Oaks community:

• You will actively participate in the training, educational, community building, and family-readiness activities that iStrive, TOC, and TOCB will be offering throughout the design, development, and launch of Magnolia Oaks.

• You will pay the Navigator Program Fee of $1,000, due upon completing this acceptance form. Families that complete the Family Training Component of the Program will receive a $500 HOA credit at closing. If the family does not close on the Unit they reserved, this credit will be forfeited.
